  • ​A large Gallery with white walls, and natural and fluorescent light.
  • This is a flexible, attractive space suitable for exhibitions, events and receptions/launches. The gallery operates according to a DIY ethic – artists install their own work and may rearrange the space and furnishings to suit. You may paint and/or screw fixings into the gallery walls but are expected to return the gallery to the state in which you found it.
  • A returnable damage deposit is payable on Exhibition hires in addition to the hire charge.
  • Tables/plinths available.
  • An opening evening from 6pm – 8pm is available at a minimum cost to cover staffing.
  • We charge 20% commission on artwork sold through the exhibition and can take cash and card payments.
    *It’s not actually by the seaside.

Check below for available dates. If a date is marked as ‘Reserved’ (pink) there may be some availability for part of the day. Move your cursor over the date to find out more. When you have chosen an available date, please complete either the Commercial Rate or Discounted Rate enquiry form below** and we will get back to you ASAP. Completion of this form is not a booking but a request to us and it will also help you calculate prices and let you know what is required in order to hire a space. There is opportunity in the form to add any additional queries you may have.

NOTE: the hire period includes your ‘get in’ and ‘get out’ time. For example, if you book two weeks of gallery hire from Monday 1st to Friday 12th, you can arrive at 10am on Monday to begin to set up and you must leave the space, and return it to how you found it by 5pm on Friday 12th. Please note our opening hours are usually 10-5pm Mon-Fri. If you wish to book for time outside of these hours, please mention this in the ‘Any other comments’ section at the end of the form.
