The Stationside Bar and Gallery
- A large event space with bar, which can also function as a gallery. Suitable for events and launches, talks, meetings, and informal performances.
- Day or half-day rates available. (A full day or evening is 6-8 hours and half day or short evening 3-4 hours.)
- Tea/coffee available. (Please complete form for further details)
- VAT is charged on all hires. Licensed Bar available.
- Basic marketing and sales and support is included for public event and exhibition hires.
- Includes use of two active speakers, a sound desk and a line in from a computer or mobile device.

When you have chosen an available date, please complete either the Commercial Rate or Discounted Rate enquiry form below* and we will get back to you ASAP. Completion of this form is not a booking but a request to us and it will also help you calculate prices and let you know what is required in order to hire a space. There is opportunity in the form to add any additional queries you may have.

NOTE: the hire period includes your ‘get in’ and ‘get out’ time. For example, if you book two weeks of gallery hire from Monday 1st to Friday 12th, you can arrive at 10am on Monday to begin to set up and you must leave the space, and return it to how you found it by 5pm on Friday 12th. Please note our opening hours are usually 10-5pm Mon-Fri. If you wish to book for time outside of these hours, please mention this in the ‘Any other comments’ section at the end of the form.
