An inspiring workshop where creativity meets meets eco poetry with Guinevere Clark, of Poetry Into Light CIC.

Explore key features of activist poetry, dive deeper into your surroundings, and craft poems that celebrate and raise awarness on the environment or your cause. We will base our workshop on pathways, lanes and personal responsibility, explore published poems, and create and share new work. Bring your passion and let’s get poetic together!

Guinevere Clark is an experienced Swansea-based community artist and co-producer, running poetry workshops and project through arts centres across Swansea. She holds a PhD in the Poetics of Motherhood, Sexuality and Place and is passionate about raising and celebrating poetic voice as protest. She walks in nature daily, is currently studying shamanism and forming a psycho-geographic poetry pamphlet on the power of nature as a tool for healing and personal growth.
