Join us for a free lunchtime concert (Saturday 5th November 12-3pm) celebrating the beautiful music of the uilleann pipes (Irish bagpipes) in recognition of International Uilleann Piping Day 2022.  Featuring performances by former All-Ireland uilleann piping champion Claire Fennell of Co. Waterford, prominent Welsh traditional musician Ceri Rhys Matthews, as well as some of the leading players of uilleann pipes in Wales. Hosted by Pibyddion Uilleann Cymru, the afternoon will also offer an opportunity for people to ‘try the pipes’, as well as paid workshops on uilleann piping and Welsh repertoire.
